  • Site Emergency Planning Workbook -- This 95-page Michigan Department of State Police book is intended to help planners for Schools, Factories, Office Buildings, Shopping Malls, Hospitals/Nursing Homes, Correctional Facilities, Stadiums/Arena, Recreational Areas, and Other Facilities develop a comprehensive site emergency plan. It is intended to be used by both very small organizations, as well as large complex organizations. This book is but one of the books which were used by the Kalamazoo Office of Emergency Management to develop the condensed and more user-friendly Vulnerability Assessment & Emergency Planning Guide (described above).
